- Tool kit is designed to service the engine timing system on Porsche 986, 987.1, 996, & 997.1 models
- The entire kit comes packed in a custom blow-molded carrying case with the following components
- 1 Pc. – TDC Alignment Pin used to Locks crankshaft at TDC (FT: 9595)
- 1 Pc. – Camshaft Lock is used to position the intake and exhaust camshafts for service (FT: 9612)
- 2 Pc. – Camshaft Supports are for holding the camshafts in position when the valve cover removed (FT: 9611)
- 2 Pc. – Camshaft Holding Tools are used for holding the camshafts before removing the valve cover and also reassembly (FT: 9624)
- 1 Pc. – Connecting Rod Centering Mandrel or Arbor is used to positions the small connecting rod before fitting the piston and wrist pin (FT: 9608)
- 1 Pc. – Piston Pin Driver and Extensions are used to insert the wrist pins (FT: 9602)
